Miami Beach Agent Represent’s $4.2 Million Sale In South Beach Hot Spot

 

Miami, Fla. (April 20, 2012) - Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is proud to announce that sale associate Jon Corso, from the Miami Beach office, represented former National Football League players, brothers Darren and Jamie Sharper, in the sale of their Continuum on South Beach condominium, located at 100 South Pointe Drive #2008, for $4.2 million. The sale marks the most-expensive purchase for a two-bedroom unit in the history South Beach’s Continuum towers at $1,253 per square foot.
“The Sharper brothers were great to work with and did all the right things to get their place sold,” said Corso. “Not only were we able to price their property competitively, they went the extra-mile and hired AFR Home Staging Company to furnish the apartment and give it more appeal to high end buyers. Both factors were instrumental in selling the condo.”
The 3,353 square foot unit can be converted into a three bedroom apartment, and boasts 10-foot high ceilings and two private balconies to enjoy endless ocean views. The new owner will also have access to the Continuum’s exquisite amenities such as a 22,000 square foot spa and fitness center, rooftop lap pool, two lagoon pools, valet and concierge.
