Professional Background

• A seventeen-year career in the financial areas of banking administration and property management.
• Solid work experience for three of Tampa Bay's leading banking institutions:  South Trust Bank/First Union Corporation(now Wachovia) and Barnett Bank of Florida (now Bank of America)
• Successfully held increasingly responsible positions to include Business Banker, Financial Consultant/Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer/Assistant Vice President, and Management Associate/Bank Officer.
• Key career responsibilities include working as a Leasing Consultant and sold as well as leased residential and commercial property.
• Strongly focused on leading, depository, and financial needs for companies earning $1 million to $20 million in annual revenues.

Education

• Earned a B.A. in Business Administration, Finance, from the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Florida.
• Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee. This designation is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries.
