Anne has been in the Real Estate profession for 34 years,She  received her Brokers license in 1977. She has her CRS,GRI,RECS & E- Pro designations and is now a Broker Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate on Marco Island,Fl. She also has her Senior Sales Associate designation as well as receiving the honor of being in the President International Circle in 2003.Anne is a Previews Property Specialist, working with properties over $1,000,000. as well as everything in-between. Anne is the 2005 President  elect of the Marco Area Association of Realtors . She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors in which she is a  member of the Professional Development committee and the Resort Specialist committee.

Anne started out as a sales associate with Clarke Real Estate on Key Biscayne,Fl in 1969 ,In 1977 she received her Brokers license and in 1985 became the Broker & owner of that firm. In 1990 she merged her company with Fortune International Realty. She managed over 300 properties on Key Biscayne as well as Selling residential & commercial properties  before moving to Marco Island in 1996 and joining Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. In 1996, Anne received her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute)  designation, She then went on to get her CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) designation,only 5% of the Real Estate agents Nationwide receive this, in 2003 she received her  E-pro designation. She continues her experience through classes & by helping and mentoring others in her profession
