I have been a  full-time Realtor for the past 20 years.  I started my Real Estate career as a licensed sales associate with Merrill Lynch Realty in Smithtown, LI, NY.  I earned my Broker Associate license in 1995 with DeBarbieri Associates in St. James, LI, NY and have maintained my NY Real Estate license as an added source of referrals.   In 1998,  I moved from Long Island, NY to tropical Marco Island on the southwest coast of Florida and joined Coldwell Banker, and have been a year-round resident & Realtor ever since!
