Angie Sheridan works as a full time sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Clearwater, Florida. She is licensed by the State of Florida and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Pinellas Realtor Organization. Angie has received more than 150 hours of training in real estate law and practice, ethics, technology, marketing and real estate sales and continues to seek knowledge in all fields pertinent to real estate in order to provide her clients with the most current technology and marketing expertise available. She recently completed the Mark Leader Sales Training course and is among the elite few in the country to have received this extensive sales and marketing training.

Angie is a true Florida native, born and raised in St. Petersburg. Her lifetime of experience with living, going to school and working in the area gives her special insight into the Florida lifestyle. Angie and her husband are currently building a home in Clearwater and look forward to raising their family in the same area where she grew up.

Angie obtained an Associate in Arts degree from St. Petersburg College and worked in Public Relations and Marketing for a not-for-profit organization before focusing her attention on the real estate industry. Her community volunteer activities have included the Sunsets at Pier 60 Festival Board of Directors, Sunsets Beach Fest, Angel Tree Ministry and Tampa Bay Harvest.

Angie and her husband also  purchase and renovate investment properties.
