Originally from the Midwest, Ohio to be more precise, Janet became interested in real estate 7 years ago when she and her husband moved to Bonita Springs.   She began to look at all the types of housing available in southwest Florida, and building her first new house in the process.   What she enjoyed the most was looking for that perfect house that would someday become their home.    This became her goal as a Realtor . . . to sell homes not houses.

Remember that selling your home is more than just finding a buyer and closing the sale.   It’s a complex transaction involving your single most valuable asset!   Janet has the confidence, knowledge and the skills necessary to assist you in all phases of your transaction.   She recently became a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, so she is now able to help you prepare your home to appeal to even more Buyers.   Her goal is to make sure that potential Buyers don’t eliminate your home from consideration.

 Janet is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Textiles and Clothing.   She also earned a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from the Capital University Law and Graduate Center.   Janet is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Bonita Springs/Estero Association of Realtors.      She is actively involved in the Relay for Life in Bonita Springs as well as her church.   She performs volunteer work for Faith In Action in the Bonita Springs and Estero areas.

 

She is a member of the Shadow Wood Country Club and plays golf there whenever time allows. She enjoys cooking, reading, walking, travel and being a grandmother to 3 active boys.   She is currently learning to speak Spanish.
