Licensed since 1982, I have been a resident of Central Florida since 1960. Managing the Oviedo-Coldwell Banker office since 1998. Trust and integrity are the foundations I use to build working relationships with my associates. Their needs and concerns are my number one priority: their satisfaction is my success.

My specialization in residential and corporate relocation has earned me the prestigious Certified Residential Relocation Specialist, Certified Corporate Relocation Specialist and Certified Business Development Specialist designations. My team of realtors and I have earned the Premier office in 1998 and 1999, national recognition for Mortgage and Title usage, state recognition for # 1 Title usage and #4 overall office performance statewide 2 years in a row.

I have and am actively involved in the Oviedo Community, including the Board of Adjustments for the City of Oviedo, the Budget Committee for the Oviedo Police Department, Community Afffairs Chairperson for the Greater Oviedo Chamber of Commerce, Impact Fee Study Committee for the Seminole County School Board, Associate Board of Directors for the University of Central Florida, Booster Club President of the Oviedo High School NJROTC, Charter Member of the Kiwanis Club of Oviedo, Coldwell Banker CARES Community Foundation efforts, Toys for Tots,  and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk.

I have continued my education to increase my overall productivity and personal growth.

Family has always been an important aspect of my life and my greatest joy is spending time with them. My son Phillip was an Officer in the US Army and served in Iraq. I have one wonderful grandson and a very special daughter in law. I also enjoy the outdoors and the beach.
