Tom De Mello started his career as an Architect by participating in the design of custom houses, Planned Unit Developments, and urban design projects. He received his education in Brazil where he graduated in Architecture and Urbanism. His further experience in construction management, marketing, and home sales, provided him with an understanding of the major components of the Real Estate product. By attending the Master of Landscape Architecture at Florida International University he was exposed to South Florida’s planning and urban trends.

Tom De Mello is a member of CREA (Brazilian Architectural Society), ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects), Local and International Chamber of Commerces in Florida, Realtor Associations at a National and State levels as well as FIABCI - The International Real Estate Federation.
