Alan Westerlund was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following Naval Flight School, he served two tours in Vietnam as a Navy pilot. Continually licensed in real estate for over 30 years, Alan enjoyed parallel business careers as an executive in the hospitality industry, as well as a real estate Broker and Investor. Committing to real estate full time, he has been a permanent resident of Southwest Florida since the mid 90’s. Alan is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. and also holds an active Broker’s license in his native South Carolina.
