Welcome to my site! Let me give you a little synopsis of myself; My family and I moved from MA after the winter of 1992 – 6 weeks of snow and cold! We settled into Sarasota, FL and we have loved our new life here in Paradise. We have 3 children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. I was lucky to be able to continue my career as a Special Education Teacher for 11 years. However, when our real estate market started to boom, I decided to pursue my real dream as a Realtor. So on May 20, 2004, I became a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Florida.

My office is on Siesta Key, so I get to drive by our Siesta Key World Renown beach every morning and then as I leave the office some days I’m lucky enough to watch the sunset over the Gulf. Since 2004 I have seen our market’s highs and lows. I have watched the short sales and the foreclosures come and go. I have sold and listed family homes, million dollar homes on the water, condominiums and investment properties and yes, short sales and foreclosures.
