Want to see Orlando and surrounding suburbs?

Some buyers already have their area chosen, but for those that don't, I make sure they know what is available in Orlando and all the surrounding areas including Seminole, Orange, Lake and Volusia counties.  Relocating families will welcome my experience as a seasoned mover myself.  I know what it is like to move with three children and on the day of moving find out that all three have chickenpox!  I know what it is like to have my own home on the market and have to pack all three dachshunds in the car during a "showing"!  I know what it is like to move overseas - and back again!  Remember, it doesn't cost you any more dollars to work with a Realtor with actual experience. 

What about the Internet?

With the web 2.0 and all of the Internet sites that are available for buyers and sellers I feel that the information can sometimes be overwhelming.  Real estate is a local industry and customs differ from state to state, from city to city.  Understanding the nuances of localized traditions make buying or selling a home much easier.  Wouldn't you rather work with someone who has actually experienced the moving process both as a seller and as a buyer-and as a Realtor?  Having made many state to state moves, including an overseas move, I know I can provide the guidance necessary to complete your objectives.
     

Need someone experienced with families?

As a friendly resource before and after the sale, I keep in touch to make sure you are happy in your new home. Coming into an unfamiliar area can be scary - but, I make sure that you and your famly  have access to surrounding facilities and that you know where to go for shopping, doctors, schools, etc. 

I raised three children in the Seminole school district and I know that getting into a school district that is one that you would be happy with is a primary objective of parents moving into Orlando.   

Are you moving a long distance?

As someone personally experienced with overseas moves I know what problems can be anticipated.  DOD and military moves are sometimes easier, sometimes harder then moving from state to state or even locally.  I've done them all - not just with customers and clients but also myself.  Experience can make all the difference in the world - especially if the realtor has their own moving experiences.  When looking for someone to help you ask how many moves they have made.  Remember, it doesn't cost you anymore to work with someone that has made lots of moves themselves and it can save you time and expense later on.   

Global Experience

During a four year relocation to Japan, I developed and taught a monthly class for returning DOD and military personnel returning to the States.  Upon returning to Orlando I taught the class at SCC for several years.   I am experienced with the trials and tribulations of overseas moves.  Additionally, traveling around the world has provided me with insights on cultures that enables me to connect professionally to those sellers or buyers in need of real estate advice. 

What are my qualifications?

I became a Realtor in 1987 and received my Brokers license in 1988.  In 1989 I became a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)...www.crs.com   This designation is awarded to Realtors who attend specialty classes, who can demonstrate a certain amount of production and who believe in further advancing their credentials with extra education.  Only 6% of all Realtors in the nation are awarded this certification.   Additionally I am in the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.
