Mary Kate excelled in every aspect of the sucess in selling our home...we count ourselves very lucky that a friend recommended her...she puts out 200% effort to meet your needs at any time during the process. I could go on...and on....
Mary kate was a wonderful mediator between my husband & me....we had been trying to sell the house for 5 years...through her eyes the house showed better, she held open houses and also provided support throughout the whole process.
She suggested we get an appraisal for our home, since there were 9 foreclosure/short sales in a small radius around us. We sold at the appraised rate and because of her professional approach to all aspects of the sale, we were "thrilled" that she was our agent. I just want some of her energy.

Mary Kate was very professional but at the same time very warm. We felt confident that she would find us the condo we were looking for; she knew what we wanted and looked out for our needs and interests. During negotiations, she intervened at the right time and helped us there also.

Mary Kate has intelligence, integrity and special empathy in dealing with a senior widow living out of state, with extreme weather, health and mobility issues. She was always available to me and returned messages promptly. She was professional, new the correct pricing for my market area, communicated often & easily & knew how to stage my condo so I sold it quickly.
