Hi,
  Let me introduce myself.  My name is Nicholae (nickel i) Blanchard.  My friends and family call me Nicky.  My Father wanted a boy, his name was Nicholas.  My Mother changed the S to an E and that's the origin of my name.
  I'm a native Vermonter. I grew up in downtown Essex Junction.  I received an Electrical Engineering Degree from Vermont Technical College and a Business Degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
  I vacationed in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area numerous times over the years.  Having fallen in love with Southwest Florida, the SUNSHINE, the beaches and the recreational opportunities it has to offer, I relocated in 2004.
  I am now affliliated with the Cape Coral office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate located on Del Prado Blvd. 

Business Experience

 I worked for IBM and traveled a lot thru-out the US and Asia.  My primary roles in the +26 years with IBM were Customer Satisfaction and Order Fullment.
 I have always enjoyed marketing, selling and buying.  I can often be found set-up at our local flea markets selling collectibles.
  I have personally bought and sold many homes.  I have invested in Real Estate.  And what a time to invest  right now!  I know what is required to make it all happen smoothly.
