Originally from Northwest Ohio, I moved to beautiful Cape Coral, Florida in 1985 to live in paradise and escape the cold winters. As a local boater and scuba diver, I gained extensive local knowledge of the waterfront, beachfront and boating communities, specializing in selling waterfront homes and condominiums in waterfront communities. I hope to meet you and share my 26 years of local knowledge living in beautiful Southwest Florida, making you feel right at home. Penny's Biography & History

As a full time local Realtor, I am dedicated to the love of my career. Many times ones life, you may wonder what you really want to do; well I truly found my passion, it's selling real estate in beautiful Southwest Florida. I have been a Southwest Florida resident since 1985, so I know the neighborhoods and its communities. Watching Cape Coral grow from a small City of just over 60,000 in population, I would enjoy sharing our expansive growth stories to where we are today with our current population of 155,000.  Knowing the growth areas and hot growth pockets, I learned to capitalize on many successful ventures in sales and business.      

Past experience included the position of VP of Marketing & Sales for Sanctuary Homes Inc, a luxury home builder. I learned site selection, floor plans, designs, materials, with details and decorating. I learned how to sell and market the product from the ground floor up! This experience is so valuable for selling competitive homes today and knowing the differences in the marketplace. It's not just the sq. footage, but what it's made of.    

My ongoing Florida real estate investor experience and comprehensive knowledge for buying and selling carefully chose below market properties will give investors a trusted source of advice for attractive investment opportunities.

Building a strong market position in the retail industry, I also started up, owned and operated a successful and profitable multi-chain business in the Fort Myers-Cape Coral Florida area for over 13 years in changing markets.
