It's NOT about me. BUT, you really should KNOW about me!
So, Why Me? Real estate markets change...often overnight, it seems. As an agent or client, your challenge is to work with a broker who's been through the peaks and valleys, someone who knows how and why to change. You need an advisor and consultant! As tastes, supply and demand changes, so must the method, the message, even the medium change, even as the properties themselves remain unchanged.
After more than 17 years in real estate, I've helped hundreds of Associates and their clients through many successful transactions. As a Branch Manager for over 13 years, I've hired, trained and coached well over 300 agents...to be THE BEST, MOST SUCCESSFUL, MOST RESPECTED agents!
I bring you solid and successful experience and advice as perhaps few others can.

TECHNOLOGY SAVVY!
That's only part of what I bring to you as Managing Broker. Importantly, I bring a level of intimacy with our many marketing tools of which few others can boast!
Our world today is shaped by the Internet and technology; real estate is no exception. Most real estate transactions now start with a trip to the Web, not the auto. Knowing this, our company undertook a $55 Million Internet and Technology initiative. The purpose...to ensure that our Associates are able to provide the maximum exposure possible, greatest access to information and most effective responsiveness to our sellers and buyers. And above all, Coldwell Banker's standard of Truly Remarkable Service ensures that our Associates have the ability to provide the highest level of services to our clients.

More on e-Marketing and Technology
Our services feature Internet marketing, targeted e-mailing, hi-resolution digital photography and virtual tours, even an e-mail response system that promises instant notification to Associates and instant gratification to you. As a seller, it means early capture of interested buyer leads. As a buyer, that means rapid response to your inquiries. Our systems even include features that track web visits to and showings of our properties.
Our listings are showcased on the nation's most-visited real estate websites, including REALTOR.com and our parent site, ColdwellBanker.com. They can be accessed through all the major search engines and portals. We're even exclusive partners with Google, Trulia.com and others.
But then, you know that because you're already here!

Personal and Professional Background
More about me?
Bronx-born, too many years ago! Then Chicago's 'burbs (New York kids hate that!) to finish high school. At the University of Illinois' Champaign-Urbana campus, I earned a degree in urban planning. After a couple of years in the heartland, (Decatur and Springfield), it was back east to Washington, DC. And now to South Florida, in Wilton Manors and Hollywood!
I brought to real estate 20 years of experience in city planning, development and government relations. I was a nationally-known development expert for the National Association of Home Builders, the Urban Land Institute and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association.
There, I found common ground using experience and consensus building...skills I bring to real estate and you.

Critical Causes
I earned my first company Service Award in my first year, achieving top sales, lister and settlements awards. I quickly became a member of the Realtors'® Multi-Million Dollar and Top Producer Sales Clubs.
I strive to give back to the profession and community. Before coming to Florida, I served as a director for the DC Realtors and on its Public Policy Committee. I'm a life member of Realtor PAC and a Sterling "R" contributor. I've been certified as both a real estate instructor and coach.
I support my colleagues' and clients' critical causes. I've worked hard for Food & Friends (DC's food home delivery to AIDS and cancer survivors), Komen Race for the Cure, AHA HeartWalk, Habitat for Humanity, 2004's tsunami relief campaign and 2005's Katrina/Rita/Wilma relief efforts.
