She has closed close to $200 million in sales since the beginning of her career. Before joining Coldwell Banker in 2009, AV spent 12 successful years with Winter Park’s Fannie Hillman & Associates where she was consistently a top-producing agent. AV works with her daughter, Laura Koehn, who has over 14 years of luxury real estate sales experience. Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, AV attended Sweetbriar College and then graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA. She is also a Florida state licensed interior designer and former antiques business owner. Her unique background in the design and decoration of interiors lends creative support to the sale of any home.
