International Services

As companies continue to send employees across borders, the need for better international relocation services has become apparent. Our International Relocation Services team helps families acclimate to their new communities, find helpful resources and free the employee to focus on the new assignment. From area orientations to home purchase/rental and follow-up orientation programs, we provide a full range of relocation services. By connecting with a dedicated counselor, the relocating family is given a single point of contact for all of their needs. Literature, videos and other resources to help prepare them for life in the new country are also available. Upon arrival, they are provided with support for obtaining Social Security cards, banking needs, car purchases, school enrollment and other integration services. Within four to six weeks of their arrival, cross-cultural training is provided to help them learn about the customs and culture of their new home. At this same time, issues and problems are identified, and the counselor will help mitigate difficulties that the employee/family may be encountering in adjusting to life abroad.

Group Move Planning and Coordination

Having managed hundreds of corporate group moves, we are perfectly positioned to handle group moves of any size, to and from any location. From pre-announcement research and planning to policy consulting and implementation, we are experts at moving workforces from location to location.
