HISTORY

Joyce was first licensed in 1985 and has successfully marketed properties throughout  Palm Beach County and has extensive knowledge of Boynton Beach, Ocean Ridge, Delray Beach, Lantana, Hypoluxo and Lake Worth areas. She is knowledgeable in all areas from the Atlantic Ocean westward and has also become familiar with the growing northern communities of the Treasure Coast.

EXPERIENCE

Joyce's parallel career as a Bank Manager, Loan Officer and training in Real Estate appraising allows her to assist her clients throughout the Buying or Selling process. Her knowledge of all sides of Real Estate allows for a smooth transaction.

PERSONAL

Originally from Kings Park, Long Island, Joyce has lived in Boynton Beach for almost 30 years. She has seen it grow from a sleepy farming and retirement community to one of the fastest growing cities in Palm Beach County. Having raised and schooled her three children here, she brings first hand knowledge of schools, services and benefits of the area to her clients.

Joyce's belief that everyone, no matter what price range they are in, deserves her full attention is what drives her and makes her a successful Realtor. When working with Buyers her goal is to find the home that gives them the "WOW" when they walk in. Likewise, with Sellers her goal is to showcase their home in the best possible way. Her clients like the fact that she communicates with them often. Joyce believes that without  mutual honesty, respect and communication the process can not work.
