Mr. Lopardo is a graduate of University of Virginia (B.A. with Highest Distinction) 1979, and Georgetown Law (American Criminal Law Review) 1982.

Mr. Lopardo is the Chair of the Human Rights Campaign in South Florida. In this voluntary leadership role, he has done extensive work for equal rights throughout South Florida including anti bullying work in local Broward County middle schools and advocacy for equal rights legislation in the state capital and Washington DC.
