Buyers and Sellers

Having lived in the Winter Springs/Oviedo area for over thirty-eight years has given me the opportunity to work with many buyers and sellers. A majority of my business is from personal referrals. Residential property and undeveloped land are my major areas of focus. I have had numerous opportunities to assist employees relocate to the Central Florida area that are moving here to work at some of the major corporations in the area.

My Real Estate Career

My achievements over the years have continued to keep me a Top Producer with Coldwell Banker. Having taken my first Real Estate course in college I knew it was the career for me. I had a great opportunity with a major Telephone Company after college graduation. That resulted in a nine year very successful sales management career. Knowing that Real Estate was a career I always wanted to pursue, in 2002 I decided to make that career change. That was a great move for me and I could not imagine another career!
