Career Expertise

Gary Williams has been a resident of central Florida for more than 28 years, and a Realtor for over 25 of those years.  He specializes in achievement and developing his associates to unheralded levels of production.  Gary has put together a staff and a team of associates that make this office a truely enjoyable place to work.

Designations/Honors

Gary holds both the GRI and CRS designations as well as Coldwell Banker designations, CNS , and e-marketing specialist.  Gary has chaired or participated on every committee of the local Association of Realtors, served as its president in 1993 and Realtor of the year in 1991.

Community

Gary is always involved in community development, with his pet project being WMFE, the local public broadcasting station.  He has served on its endowment review committee since 1988 and now serves on the board of trustees.  He has also served on the state board of directors with the Coldwell Banker CARES Community Foundation.

Education

Gary is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He served 6 years as a U.S. Navy officer, specializing in communications and public affairs.  He has held a Florida real estate  license since 1981.

Special Interests

When not in the office, Gary and his family enjoy boating, fishing and diving for lobster.
