Therersquo;s a reason Melanie Dawn Molina Wood is better known as ldquo;Melanie in Miami.rdquo; And itrsquo;s not just because her nickname is much easier to remember than her full name. Itrsquo;s because she is extremely passionate about life in Miami. Melanie was born and raised here and has raised her own daughter here. Therersquo;s no other city shersquo;d rather call home.

Melanie always had a fascination with the high energy Downtown lifestyle. She watched as the city continued to grow and revitalize over the yearsmdash;financial prosperity, improved quality of life, more ldquo;greenrdquo; initiatives embraced. A few years ago, Melanie knew it was time to fully immerse herself in the city she loved so much, so she and her daughter relocated to a downtown condo. ldquo;Itrsquo;s amazing living in such a dynamic place,rdquo; she says. ldquo;Therersquo;s never a dull moment and I enjoy being at the center of it all.rdquo;

Melanie began her real estate career in commercial property management, investment and redevelopment. She then worked for a real estate title attorney before making the transition back into full time residential sales. ldquo;Those previous experiences in the industry gave me a lot of valuable insight into different aspects of the business,rdquo; Melanie says. ldquo;I like to use this experience along with my knowledge of the Downtown market to help my clients make the right home buying and selling decisions.rdquo;
