Espe was born in Cuba and grew up in Miami. She has lived in Orlando for 30 years and has been in the real estate business for 17 years. She is a top producing agent with Coldwell Banker Realty and is ranked in the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She handles every transaction with integrity, respect, professionalism and follow-through. She has a strong work ethic and is well respected by her peers. Her achievements include: Coldwell Banker International President's Circle, Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, Global Luxury Property Specialist, Certified Corporate Relocation Specialist, Orlando Magazine Five Star Agent, Orlando Regional Realtor Association Top Producer Club, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Top 100 Agents South Region.

Prior to her real estate career, she spent over 20 years in corporate management, working for several Fortune 500 companies. She has an extensive background in sales, customer service, call center operations, human resources, training and development. She is married to a military pilot and has helped many veterans with their real estate transactions over the years. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and traveling. She has been involved in her community with organizations such as Junior Achievement and Give Kids the World. She received the YMCA "Developing Hispanic Leader" award in 2001. She is bilingual (fluent in Spanish) and has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources.
