As a real estate professional, I understand the true value of our community. I proudly support our local charitable organizations through my participation in Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES. Since 2001, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES has donated over $1.5 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations. Since 2003, we’ve sponsored 12 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide, with several more in progress. This initiative continues to position Coldwell Banker as a leader in support of this truly worthwhile organization

I am a licensed Florida Realtor for Coldwell Banker. As an agent for Coldwell Banker, I specialize in bringing together buyers and sellers using the latest technologies, marketing plans and a solid alliance with title and financial institutions to simplify the complicated process of buying and selling. I am highlymotivated, result oriented, knowledgeable and experienced. I want to see your greatest investment payoff.

I am able to provide quality real estate representation through the use of my extensive experience in the real estate industry, demonstrated professionalism, strong organizational and interpersonal skills. My background, specifically my experience as a real estate agent, four years as a legal secretary in a law office practicing business and construction defect law and my personal experience with the relocation of my family a number of times, all contribute to the quality representation I provide to my clients.

•Volunteer in school activities such as: room parent, yearbook page designer, production of school newsletters, scanning worksheets into computer program for disabled children, school rummage sale, etc.
•Member of Junior Women’s Club for four years raising money to donate to area nonprofit organizations that aid needy women and children.
