As the Regional Vice President of East Central Florida, I oversee the day to day operations of over 1700 agents in over 14 offices from Orlando North Heathrow to Champions Gate area in Central Florida and Flagler Beach, Palm Coast to Boynton Beach on the East Coast. I am tasked with the overall day-to-day management of the region.

I offer sales associates and branch managers guidance, coaching and motivation. My open-door policy and availability mean I am always there to provide support and assistance to help agents build their businesses and achieve their personal goals. The East Central Florida Region is a well-respected real estate hub in Central Florida and the East Coast serving greater Orlando, including the Disney World area, as well as the East Coast of Florida. Because we are in close proximity to the theme parks, we work with both local and visiting clients who need a top-notch team to assist them with their real estate needs.

Early in my career, I was fortunate to be coached by some of the best trainers in the industry. Today, I am dedicated to assisting the agents and branch managers in the East Central Florida region with their personal and professional growth. From weekly strategy sessions to one-on-one coaching sessions, I am here to help each agent perform to their best abilities. I believe consistent education is the key to staying on top of technology, listings, laws and selling techniques. That's why I provide ongoing, hands-on professional skill development, role playing and other problem-solving activities. My goal is to help give agents all that they need to become the best in the industry.

Born in Long Island, New York, I graduated from Binghamton University with a B.S. in Political Science. I then relocated to South Florida and witnessed tremendous growth in the area. In 1996, I began my real estate career here. In 2000, I led a #1 sales team that sold over 1,000 homes in a 12-month period. I currently live in Apopka with my wife Jennifer and daughter Lauren. In my spare time, I enjoy boating, anything to do with technology, and fun times at the pool with my family.
