As the leader of the Aventura office of Coldwell Banker Florida, my vision is to provide access to optional in-house education programs, expand the recruiting program, create sales leads, and guide my agents with competitive strategies to help them succeed in the marketplace. I pride myself on creating an atmosphere where both newly licensed and experienced associates can thrive within the Coldwell Banker system. Our group of independent agents is constantly growing, and I attribute the success of this office to the quality of individuals who join this dynamic branch.
